Near to South Molton it is ideally situated as a base to explore the beautiful countryside of North Devon and Mid Devon, Exmoor and Dartmoor National Parks and the other wonderful attractions North Devon has to offer. North Devon’s amazing beaches are only 40 minutes drive away. Orchard cottage has two bedrooms, sleeps up to four people and pets are welcome. Facilities include everything you'd expect from well-appointed holiday accomodation including broadband Internet access, a fully equipped modern kitchen and underfloor heating.

The price for staying at Orchard Cottage varies according to the time of year. It is normally booked by the week but we also accept bookings for short breaks of 3, 4 or 5 days outside of peak season.

Orchard Cottage is very well equipped and has all the facilities you'd expect from a well-appointed holiday cottage. All towels, bed linen and power are provided free.

Environmental well-being has been considered in the design of Orchard Cottage. The underfloor heating is "Ground Source" which uses use solar energy naturally stored in the soil. Full recycling facilities are available.

A very heartfelt thank you for such a cosy, comfortable and well equipped cottage.
We loved the warm floor! Thanks also for the surprise in the fridge and the beautiful lilies which made our downstairs smell so pleasant.
Having booked at a day’s notice we really fell on our feet and will certainly be returning to explore more of Exmoor!

We welcome up to two well-behaved dogs or other pets by arrangement.
Dogs are charged at £15 each per week or part week. We have four acres of fields for you to roam & to exercise your dogs.
